Terms of Use

1. Eligibility & Access

You may only access GreetPulse if you have received a personal invitation from an authorised church Elder. Access is non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials, OTP codes, or invite links with any person who has not been individually invited.

2. Acceptable Use

All member information accessible through this service is confidential and intended solely for personal use within your congregation. You must not:

• Copy, export, or retain member data beyond your personal use
• Share member contact details with any third party
• Use member information for commercial, marketing, or unsolicited communication purposes
• Attempt to access records outside your own church tenancy

3. Your Profile & Consent

You are responsible for the accuracy of your own profile information. Your contact details are only visible to other congregation members when you have explicitly enabled Directory Sharing. You may change your sharing preference at any time from your profile page. Disabling sharing removes your details from the directory immediately.

4. Account Removal

You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting your church Elder or emailing [email protected]. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Data will be removed within 30 days of a verified request.

5. Service Availability

GreetPulse is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to suspend access for maintenance or security reasons at any time.

6. Breach of Terms

Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access. Serious breaches may be referred to your church Elder and, where required by law, to relevant authorities.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
